Ecological Restoration Project Montaña de Fuego
Objective: Restore degraded lands to recover the forest coverty and preserve to help mother nature fight against climate change, serving as a natural reservoir of flora and wildlife habitat.
¿What we have done?
BIA has developed for Montaña de Fuego a voluntary an ecology forest restoration program, taking serious actions to preserve the planet. Montaña de Fuego Hotel 10 years ago took the decision to destine and preserve as forest some horses and caw pasture lands. Preserve forest implicates a great investment for land owners, but in the future the forest will reward all of us. Hotel tourist helped the effort by supporting ecological restoration trough monetary donations.
